Tracer reflective vest size guide

Measuring your dog

1. Back length = while standing, measure from where your dog's neck meets his shoulders (oftentimes where the collar rests) to the base of the tail. Back length is often times the measurement referred to as the dog's "size".

2. Chest girth = measure around the largest part of your dog's chest. This is usually located just behind the front legs.

3. Neck girth = measure around where your dog's collar sits. As with collars, use the 'two finger' rule: you should be able to easily fit two fingers under the tape measure.

4. Waist girth = measure around the narrowest part of your dog's body. This is usually located just behind the rib cage.

Note:

-Back length indicates the length range (cm) of the pet that is suitable for the tracer vest. This apparel does not have to sit for the entire length of your dog's back. This piece of clothing is primarily designed for reflective purposes, which is why it does not have to cover the entire back of your dog. It is advised to pick sizing according to the neck measurements in order to ensure good fit.

-Chest measurements indicate the range (cm) within which it is possible to adjust the strap going around the dog's body. It is important to make sure your pet's chest girth is within this range. After adjusting the fit for your pet, it is possible to cut excess strap material away.

-Neck measurement is the most important when picking the size of the Tracer vest. The neck range (cm) indicates within which range it is possible to adjust the strap going around the dog's neck. It is important to make sure your pet's neck girth is within this range. After adjusting the fit for your pet, it is possible to cut excess strap material away.

-If your dog is between sizes, we would recommend taking the larger size.
