Orders and delivery
I have received the wrong product/size or items are missing. What do I do?
We are so sorry for our mistake. If you receive your package, and it is not as you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to correct our mistakes as promptly as possible.
I purchased the wrong product/size. Can I change the product?
If you accidentally purchased the wrong product or size, please return the product to us within 14 days and we kindly ask you to make a new order.
I haven't received my package yet. What do I do?
We aim for delivery within 1-5 days in EU, but we can't guarantee it because it depends on the shipment and courier companies' schedule and operations. If your package hasn't arrived in 5 days, we ask you to wait another couple days if possible. If you have received your shipping tracking-ID, we urge you to contact the appropriate delivery company as they will have more accurate information on the status of the delivery. If you have not received your shipping tracking-ID, please contact our customer service and we will look into this for you, immediately.
Can I add products to a placed order?
Unfortunately we can not add products to an existing order, instead we recommend that you place a new order. Please contact our customer service for related inquiries.
Do you ship to my country?
If there is a will there's a way! And we really want to service our customers all over the world! Shipping should be possible to wherever you might reside, but better if you check beforehand by contacting our customer service. We can only guarantee shipping within the EU. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout. Free shipping on orders 150€+ applies only to orders within the EU.
What happens to my order in the event that an incorrect stock was displayed during the time of my order?
We strive to fulfill every single order that we get, even though it would mean a longer delivery time. In such cases we will be in contact with you to inform you of the situation. However, we reserve the right to alter/change/cancel an order in the event that stock levels have been incorrectly displayed by the time of the order placement.
Products and manufacturing
What materials do you use for your products and where are they sourced from?
In our product development and manufacturing we prioritize sustainable materials and durable solutions. This means utilizing recycled materials whenever possible and sourcing from local or nearby producers. We emphasize doing business with companies who share sustainable values and are accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Material descriptions are provided separately for each product. You can also contact our customer service if you require further information.
Where are your products manufactured?
Beana manufacturing is organized by a 4-hour rule of thumb: manufacturer must be located within a 4-hour straight line distance in the EU from where the products are designed. This is how we ensure fulfilling our dedication to sustainability in our production operations. Currently our manufacturer is in Viljandi, Estonia. A small sewing shop employing local modistes and with a long history of producing high-quality, complex textile products.
We are in fact the only pet brand to manufacture our products within the EU. By doing so, we save on average nearly 1000g of CO2 emissions per apparel piece(!) compared to our competitors who manufacture their products in high-polluting factories in Southeast Asia with long shipping distances.

Where and when was Beana founded?
Beana was founded in 2020 in Helsinki, Finland. The story of the company began on a summer weekend trip of friends connected by a passion for design, a love for pets and a desire to do good through business.
Who designs and develops Beana's products?
The entire process of our product development happens within our company. We have 30+ years of experience in pet clothing so we know exactly how to design the most comfortable, perfectly fitting and functionally purposeful apparel. Nobody in the world does in better than we do! Furthermore, we employ the brightest up-and-coming textile designer talent in Scandinavia in order to create playful, fun and stylish products.
Do you have seasonal sales or discounts for Beana products?
Beana does not organize seasonal sales or offer discounts on products. We want to make purchasing Beana products as transparent, effortless and fun as possible. That is why we want to always offer the same and best price to all our customers. We don't believe in setting overly high prices for products that would then enable giving regular discounts. In our mind this is fooling consumers and it is not fair. We set our prices immediately at a fixed level, so nobody ever has to start comparing prices or reconsidering purchasing. Keeping fixed prices is in the consumers' interest and best for everybody!
